Wedding dress designer Hayley Paige isn’t just looking for a new home for her gowns — she’s back in the real estate market.
The “Say Yes to the Dress” favorite’s two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment at 90 Lexington Ave. is on the market for $2.795 million.
Scott Francis, who is part of “Million Dollar Listing” star Ryan Serhant’s real estate brokerage, has the listing.
Paige — whose real name is Hayley Paige Gutman — is currently involved in a nasty legal battle with her bosses at JLM Couture over her name and likeness. She resigned from the company after contract negotiations fell through in recent months, as she was aiming for a deal that did not feel “so one-sided” in regards to what she could share on her social media accounts.
She posted an eight-minute video to social media Monday describing her legal woes and breaking down in tears while addressing her customers and fans.
Her 1,550-square-foot NoMad apartment — which boasts a gorgeous modern kitchen often shown in her Instagram story cook-offs with her fiancé, Conrad Louis — went on the market on Nov. 9.
Francis confirmed to Page Six Style that the swanky pad is still available.
“It’s a beautiful condo that they put a lot of unique touches and creativity into,” Francis told us. “They put a lot of thought into the design.”
While it appears that Paige has a lengthy court battle ahead of her, she’s not planning on going anywhere just yet. She and fitness trainer Louis have a podcast, “All That Glitters,” and she has a new Instagram account, @allthatglittersonthegram.
She’s also slated to appear in a special “Say Yes to the Dress” episode centered around planning a wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A rep for Paige didn’t immediately get back to us.
