On Thursday, June 18, Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza is making White Claw pizza crust. Dude, this is really happening.

Its chefs will “infuse” the popular alcoholic drink White Claw into the crust. And of course, they’re using mango White Claw as the chosen flavor. In a story on Food & Wine (which wrote about a boozy pizza crust, yes!), Blaze’s executive chef Brad Kent has said the smell of the dough reminded him of mango White Claw.

But also: Blaze Pizza is now selling White Claw in its restaurants. Aha! There’s the reason this is happening.

Customers can build their pizza any way they want — there ain’t no laws with the Claws — but the company recommends a pineapple-jalapeño-pepperoni mix.

Now here’s the bad news, North Texas: None of the Blaze pizza chains in Dallas-Fort Worth are selling the White Claw pizza. The only Texas location is in El Paso. A majority of the 40 Blaze stores selling the White Claw pizza are in California. See the full list here.

Although the Claw pizzas will be available June 18 only, a spokesman says that “given the enthusiasm, we may look to bring it back again this summer at additional locations.”

The first Blaze in Texas opened in Frisco in 2015. Basketball player LeBron James is one of its investors.
