Longtime Calvin Klein model Natane Boudreau is listing her Greenwich Village home for $1.25 million. The two-bedroom corner co-op unit at 61 W. 9th St. — within walking distance of Washington Square Park — has been featured in Domino magazine.

It includes a windowed chef’s kitchen and an open dining/living room with a wood-burning fireplace with original 1920s brickwork, custom built-ins, original casement windows and a custom closet in the master bedroom — with windows overlooking a magnolia tree.

“I’m moving full-time to the Hudson Valley, where the company founded by my mom and I, N + N Films, has been based for the past 10 years,” according to Boudreau, a native New Yorker who grew up on the Upper West Side. “We write, produce and direct fashion films, which have become the number one marketing medium for designer brands.”

Boudreau first modeled for Klein when she was 3, posing as Andie MacDowell’s daughter in a Bruce Weber campaign; then as a 7-year-old in Woody Allen’s film “Radio Days.” She then did runway shows for Calvin Klein, Chanel, Gucci, Versace, Dolce and Gabbana, Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren and Marc Jacobs.

Boudreau says she lived in Paris during her modeling years and recreated that look at her Greenwich Village home.

“I love the sidewalk cafes — I live at [nearby] Bar Pitti! And I love the gardens, like reading under Andy Warhol’s favorite tree in Jefferson [Market] Garden,” she said. “My favorite feature of the home is the transom window above the master bedroom facing the magnolia tree and the sky.”

The listing broker is Corcoran’s Sara Schwartz.
