Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is parting ways with 'someone' who has been a staple in his life. No, I'm not talking about his former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, his old teammates or Pats Nation, I'm talking about his Cadillac Escalade.

He is putting the custom 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV for sale for $300,000, or best offer, and it is being sold by Becker Automotive Design.

It's not a low price by any means, with that amount of money could buy you a home in many areas, but for something once owned by a six-time champion, it could definitely be worse.

I mean, his All In Challenge game-day experience put a bidder back nearly three times as much, with an $800,000 total for the one-day experience.

Parting is sweet, sweet sorrow for the QB, who says the car was a member of the family.

He said (via Beckner Auto Design):

"Parting ways with my Becker ESV won't be easy. From Day 1 it became my sanctuary from the outside noise. I took pride in picking out all the customizations of the ESV, from the trim of the seats to the color of the rug. With such limited time in my busy schedule, the ESV gave me those extra minutes to study my playbook, make phone calls, and be with my family. Immediately my productivity went up and my stress came down. I hope the next owner will take great care of her; she will always be a part of the Brady family."

When purchasing the car, the now 42-year-old paid close attention to the details. According to the listing, it has reclining seats, two television screens, aviation-style folding tables, and a mobile internet router.

The limo-like SUV has a luxurious tan leather interior with wood accents and a partition divides the driver and front passenger from the back. The windows have privacy curtains.

The third row of seats is front-facing, but still offers more legroom than you would have on an average flight. The seats have electric leg rests built into the floor.

Brady's car might just have more amenities than some apartments I've lived in.

The future Hall of Famer originally purchased the vehicle for  $350,000, and it has 13,000 miles on it.

The only thing left to find out is if Brady had a name for this car. Maybe he had a name inspired by one of his Super Bowl victories, as a nod to a former teammate or a play he loved to run.

Tom, if you're reading this please reach out and let me know what you called this car, the people want to know.

Let's block ads! (Why?)
