In February, the Memphis Grizzlies traded Iguodala to the Miami Heat, and he later accepted a two-year, $30 million deal.

That means he’s selling his 5,716-square-foot Mediterranean-style property. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom house features an entertainment room, a wine cellar, a pool and a putting green.

Julie Poppi with Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.

Iguodala purchased the home in 2017 for $3.6 million. That same year, Iguodala won one of three NBA championships with the Warriors (2015, 2017 and 2018). He was the NBA Finals Most Valuable Player in 2015.
