Micron Technology Inc. said it is selling its Lehi, Utah, facility to Texas Instruments.
The deal -- for $900 million in cash -- is expected to close later in 2021, the company said.
Micron used the facility for 3D XPoint production. The company has stopped developing that technology, saying "there was insufficient market validation to justify the ongoing investments required to commercialize" it at scale.
