**Important** In an effort to protect students and staff from the spread of COVID-19 and reduce potential congestion in the Campus Center, debit/credit cards are no longer accepted at the Cashier's Office or over the phone. In addition, the Cashier's Office will be open from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday Aug. 16-27. Before and after that period, the Cashier's Office will only be open from 1-5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We encourage everyone to use our online payment center.
Students paying tuition, fees, and related charges by debit/credit card can do so through the Online Business Center, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as well as e-checks. A 2.85 percent vendor service fee ($3 minimum) will be assessed at the time of transaction for credit and debit card payments. Please note that this is not a university fee, but a fee imposed by the credit card processor. If you have a debit card, you can likely pay by e-check with the account number and routing number for your checking/savings account associated with the card. Please do not use your debit card number to process an e-check. If you are unsure, please contact the issuing bank for your debit card. E-check payments are only available with checking accounts. If you set it up with a savings account, your payments will not process.
Please be cognizant of payment deadlines to avoid being removed from your classes. The payment deadlines are:
Fall 2021, regular enrollment Aug. 20, 2021
Fall 2021, late enrollment Aug. 27, 2021
Spring 2022, regular enrollment Jan. 7, 2022
Spring 2022, late enrollment Jan. 14, 2022
