While specific payment due dates will be provided each semester by the Student Financial Services Office, in general, each semester's charges are to be paid in full on or before the 1st day of that semester. Any charges posted to the student account after the first day of the semester are due within 30 days of that charge.
Account statements may be viewed online on the BCYou! Portal (you will need a student username and password). Statements are also sent out in hard copy format monthly (around the 10th). You can expect to receive your statements 2-4 months prior to the first day of classes for that semester, depending on your registration date. Payments may be made by credit card, money transfer, check, or cash.

Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, Charger students, parents, and guardians can settle or make a payment toward a student account via debit or credit card. These payments are only accepted online, card payments are not accepted over the phone or in person at the Student Financial Services Office. Each card payment will be charged a 2.5% + $1.75 in merchant processing fees.

Visit the Student Financial Services office located in the Noonan Hall #116 during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM to discuss your account balance or deliver a payments in person. |
Charger students should use your BCYou student portal to review your outstanding balance and submit a payment.
Charger family members can skip the login process and pay on our guest check out option.
In an effort to help students and families better plan for each semester's balance, Briar Cliff University offer Tuition Payment Plans. These personal plans allow you to divide your Charger each semester's account balance into monthly installments.
