Phan and his wife purchased the building in 2007 and converted it to a home for their family. The 6,374-square-foot loft is three stories; it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the kitchen was designed for recipe testing and photo shoots for new cookbooks. The huge rooftop deck is perfect for entertaining. Steven Mavromihalis with Compass is the listing agent.
